Summary
The Server Admin will support StartupLab’s IT and infrastructure team in managing servers, maintaining system performance, and ensuring reliable and secure operations. Interns will assist in monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting deployments while learning real-world server administration practices.
This internship is ideal for students interested in system administration, backend infrastructure, and cloud technologies. Interns will gain hands-on experience in maintaining servers, handling system issues, and working with modern infrastructure tools used in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in server setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and resource usage
- Support troubleshooting of server, network, and system issues
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups
- Assist in managing user access, permissions, and security controls
- Document server configurations, processes, and incidents
- Support deployment and maintenance of web applications
- Help ensure system security and data protection practices
