Summary
The Office Admin Intern will support StartupLab’s daily administrative operations by assisting in documentation, coordination, scheduling, and internal workflow management. Interns will help ensure smooth office processes by organizing records, tracking tasks, and supporting communication across teams.
This internship is ideal for students who are organized, detail-oriented, and interested in business operations and administrative management. Interns will gain hands-on experience in office systems, coordination tasks, and structured workflow environments while collaborating with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative and office operations
- Organize, file, and maintain documents and records
- Support scheduling of meetings, interviews, and internal activities
- Coordinate with teams for task follow-ups and updates
- Prepare reports, trackers, and basic documentation
- Assist in managing emails and internal communications
- Monitor and update task management tools (e.g., Trello, Sheets)
- Support onboarding and coordination of interns or team members

Qualifications
Educational
- Open to Business Administration, Office Management, Information Technology, or related programs

- Basic experience with task tracking tools or documentation systems
