Summary
The Operations Assistant Intern will support StartupLab’s day-to-day business operations, including documentation, coordination, scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks. You will assist various teams in organizing workflows, monitoring activities, updating records, and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
This internship is ideal for students who want real-world experience in operations management, office administration, and organizational support. Full training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing schedules, meetings, and daily operations
- Support documentation and maintain updated internal records
- Help prepare reports, summaries, and presentations
- Coordinate with multiple teams for project status updates
- Assist in tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress
- Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support
- Organize digital files and maintain proper documentation
- Assist in onboarding activities and intern coordination
- Support process improvement and workflow streamlining

Qualifications
Educational

Experience

- Experience handling school organizations or events is an advantage
- No professional experience required
