Summary
The System Analysis & Documentation Intern will support StartupLab in understanding system requirements, preparing documentation, and assisting in translating business needs into clear technical specifications. Interns will help create workflow diagrams, maintain system documentation, and support communication between developers, QA teams, and project coordinators.
This internship is ideal for students interested in system analysis, process mapping, documentation writing, and technical communication. Interns will receive guidance while gaining practical exposure to real development workflows and system documentation practices used in technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing system requirements
- Prepare documentation such as user guides, technical notes, and process documents
- Create workflow diagrams and flowcharts for systems and features
- Support communication between developers, QA, and project coordinators
- Document updates, system changes, and application behavior
- Help clarify requirements and translate them into simple technical language
- Review existing documents and recommend improvements
- Organize digital documentation files and maintain version control

Qualifications
Educational
- Open to IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
- Must be enrolled in an OJT / internship program
Experience

- Basic understanding of system requirements or SDLC concepts from coursework
- Experience writing documentation or reports for school activities
- No professional experience required
